About Differential

Differential is growing! Yep, it turns out clients like us :) Our team of designers, developers, jokesters, and all around good folk needs more firepower. We’re proudly headquartered in Cincinnati, OH, but our team spans across the country.

In addition to only choosing the best group of people to work around, we are also very picky about the types of clients we’ll work with. In line with our mission to rapidly unlock value for good people with meaningful ideas, we partner with forward-thinking corporate pioneers and innovators to revolutionize their organizations from the inside out and bring great digital products to life. This translates to a diverse range of products like transforming retail with Adidas, helping Lexmark innovate cross-industry, streamlining the sales process with Big Ass Fans, to multi-platform mobile apps for large audiences with Crossroads Church.

We hire great, trustworthy people so that we can optimize for a free & flexible culture: flexible hours, unlimited vacation, remote work, and working on stuff you’re excited about.

Job Description

Do you want to work directly with the CEO of a fast-growing technology company? This position will be the behind-the-scenes superpower to make a big impact on the effectiveness of the company. Are you energized by working collaboratively? Are you intuitive and a fast learner?

The ideal candidate for this full-time position is someone who has a passion for building systems and processes and also quickly knock out tasks to help achieve stated goals. This position may be better titled “The Swiss Army Knife.”

While your day-to-day work will naturally evolve as different priorities emerge, your initial focus will be on three primary objectives:

  • CEO Assistance & Coordination —from assisting with calendar management to collaborating on how to achieve goals and outcomes. The tasks day-to-day will be different and span both professional and personal assistance and coordination, but you will be a force multiplier in unlocking more leverage for our CEO. You’ll develop SOPs to help keep everything running smoothly. You will get exposure to all lines of business and have an opportunity to learn across all disciplines from marketing to operations to finance. You will be helping the CEO achieve the top goals of the company.

  • “Over-invest” in culture—from helping plan and coordinate our annual all-company Di Week event, to rallying team lunches, and finding other ways for our team to stay connected with each other.

  • Manage our HQ Office in Cincinnati, OH—from coordinating with our cleaning service to keeping the music vibes on point for the Cincy peeps each day. (DJ experience not required) You will be responsible for managing and coordinating all things office related.

At Differential, we design, develop, and grow great digital products. Our process aims to create original digital products and services that innovate and reshape companies and organizations.

Above all, we are focused on finding someone that we love to work with. Culture to us isn’t a ping pong table in the breakroom or some words we put up on the wall. It’s embedded in our DNA and starts with our hiring process. Regardless of your prior experience, we want to consider passionate people for this position.

Our mission statement, core values, benefits and more can be found at handbook.differential.com.
