Job Description

The ideal candidate for this opening is a savvy marketer with proven experience devising marketing strategies and experiments, executing those strategies, measuring effectiveness, and then iterating in pursuit of continuously improving results. In this role you’ll be able to tap into a wide range of skills and experience - ranging from strategy development, to branding and positioning, to media buying, event planning, public relations and more. But you won’t have to go it alone. You’ll work closely with company leadership to refine strategy, then get the opportunity to work alongside a talented internal team and manage external agency partners that can help us bring our chosen strategies to life.

You will focus on our Apollos line of business, a technology and content platform for the Church that equips people to develop healthy spiritual habits and stay better connected to their church community digitally. You will become an expert in guiding technology and strategy that impact churches all over with hundreds of thousands of followers using our products.

At Differential, we design, develop, support, and commercialize great digital products. Our process aims to create original digital products that can reshape organizations and even redefine the categories in which our clients and partners operate. This position requires an Entrepreneurial Mindset (one of our company core values) and will be focused on growing Differential’s core business and expanding the customer base for one of our existing Digital Product Partnerships. These partnerships give us the right to commercialize digital products we’ve built in partnership with our clients and have an exclusive commercial license to market to new customers and categories. Currently, those products include:

  • EASE Airport Operations Software, built in partnership with CVG, a thought-leading U.S. based international airport.

  • The Apollos Project - A technology and content platform for the Church that equips people to develop healthy spiritual habits and stay better connected to their church community digitally.

  • “Guides Tech” — A yet-to-be-branded, but proven effective (many times over) mobile app platform created to help facilitate highly engaging and effective e-learning journeys and small group experiences.

This is a roll up your sleeves, let’s go on an adventure together type of dream job for the right marketer. Above all, as with all our positions, we are focused on finding someone that we love to work with. Culture to us isn’t a ping pong table in the breakroom or some words we put up on the wall. It’s embedded in our DNA and starts with our hiring process. Regardless of your prior experience, we want to consider passionate people for this position.

Our mission statement, core values, benefits and more can be found at handbook.differential.com.
